► The Complete Package: Choose a lot from our selection of prime home sites, and our team will create and build the perfect home for your hand-picked piece of paradise. We also offer existing plans approved by the neighborhood Architectural Review Committee (where necessary), to which you can add your personal touches.

Our Passion: We draw each of our custom designs from scratch, adapted to the lot and with our clients’ lifestyle and particular tastes foremost in mind. You will collaborate with the design team to assure that your plans maximize the available view corridors while also preserving the natural landscape. We work with city officials and Architectural Review Committees to accentuate existing neighborhoods and incorporate our commitment to conscientious development. As your builder, our premier practices assure that you receive a well-built, functional, beautiful and healthy home that is comfortable and efficient, and will only increase in value. Green features are standard on our “Earth Advantage” certified homes and include: paints low in volatile organic compounds; upgraded insulation; and a high-efficiency water heater and furnace paired with a Nest© thermostat. We routinely recycle on-site construction material, resulting in clean, safe job sites.

Our service package includes pre-construction planning, design, engineering, permitting and facilitating neighborhood ARC processes. Cost analysis, project management, customer service and warranty work also are included when we serve as your general contractor.
