We recently purchased a new home built by YCH and would like to comment on our experience as it has been an extremely positive one.  We found our home when it was partially constructed and we were initially struck by the value, quality and the beautiful placement on the lot. When our offer was accepted Yelas was immediately in contact with us and informed us of the decisions we could still make to customize our home.  We were able to make quite a few changes and stay reasonably within the budget of our original offer.  This posed more than the usual challenge as we were 2,000 miles away in New York when going through the process of picking our fixtures, flooring, counters, etc.  Yelas did an incredible job keeping us updated and even made a special effort to send us digital pictures as progress was made.  What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be quite fun with the added challenge of distance to overcome.  

When we returned from New York, the home was almost completed and right on schedule.  We were delighted to see some of the exterior touches we did not expect or know about that added to the home’s street appeal.  As we were moving in many of the neighbors came by to comment on how beautiful our home turned out.  Not only have we had a very positive experience working with Yelas, but every subcontractor we worked with on this project commented on how much they enjoy working on Yelas’ homes.  “Yelas builds a great home” and “Yelas has a great formula” were comments we frequently heard throughout this process.  It was apparent all his subcontractors took pride in this home.  To summarize our experience working with Yelas, we would have to say it has been extremely positive. He has been easy to work with every step of the way.  We have never had difficulty getting a hold of him (even three time zones away).  He has been incredibly responsive and delivered us a wonderful quality home at an affordable price.  In today’s economy, we know the business of building, selling and buying homes can be very stressful.  We are happy to say that, in our case, the experience was enjoyable.  We would not hesitate to recommend YCH to our friends and neighbors.
